Mountain-view RV near YNP/Chico on 25 acres

We enjoyed our stay. We where very comfortable . Drinking coffee and watching the sun come up in Paradise who could ask for more. Thank you again for being such wonderful hosts.

One of the best airbnb experiences! The RV was super clean. Spotless, in fact. Steve and Vicky were very responsive and helpful. Really quiet area and peaceful surroundings and pretty views without being completely isolated or secluded. Overall, highly recommend and was worth every single penny!

Great price, great location, great host. Every single thing you needed was there, from bear, bug and hair spray, to spices and herbs! Loads of firewood available and family games! Privacy in the valleys between the mountains. Absolutely will be back!

I’ve stayed here twice. For 2 months the first time, and one week this time. Though I did notice some changes… ex the bedroom door was missing this time - something to note if you are traveling with multiple people and want privacy. But also a new pergola outside over the table! Everything there is as described otherwise and such a great location.

I stayed at Vicky’s place for my first ever visit to Yellowstone National Park. I loved the idea of “glamping” in Montana while having this adventure. The RV was just right, and the surroundings were perfect. Vicky did a great job communicating, and the RV was already stocked with some necessities. I hope to stay here again during my next visit.

Wow! what can I say that hasn't already been said? Vicky's place, and surroundings were BEAUTIFUL! From the time we arrived until we left, there were thoughtful add-ons. Snacks, water, stuff to make S'more, seasonings, coffee, toilet paper and paper towels. Little things, that after a day of traveling, make a big impact. There was plenty of firewood available to enjoy for our whole trip. Vicky had very clear instructions how to get in once we arrive and local recommendations. Plenty of updates about phone numbers if we needed to contact them. They had lots of printed booklets to help with a daily Yellowstone itinerary, to make the most of your trip. Very helpful information! Vicky's place was central to everything we wanted to check out and do. We will be back. We had a bucket list type of trip! Thank you!

I needed a dog friendly, ground floor, and quiet place to stay while was in Montana getting one of my dogs treated in Bozeman. That was surprisingly hard to find, at least in my price range, and I was lucky this great spot in Livingston was available. I can't believe how expensive the Bozeman area is getting!! Melissa's place was exactly as described. The communication was prompt and clea. It is a well maintained RV in it's own area of the property. I love camping and this was perfect. There is a nice sitting area, the bed was comfortable and you have all the basic necessities. The amazing sunsets and scenery were a bonus, especially while sitting at the fire ring. Lots of mule deer wandering through the yard. There is good fishing nearby, although this time of year the water was really low and the fish weren't cooperating. All in all a great place to basecamp for exploring the area.

Melissa and Vicky were wonderful. The property was better than expected, and we were lucky enough to be able to add an additional night. It was truly amazing. The night sky. The mountains. The Yellowstone river. The horses. The deer. The valley. I can’t even explain it. You just have to see it to feel it.

A lot of places exaggerate the description of the view and location. They take pictures at the best angles to make it look its best, but then you arrive and its not that great. Melissa's place is not that! The view and location are even more spectacular than the photos and description! The proximity to Yellowstone National Park is perfect. We were able to go spend a day in the park and still be back for dinner. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Staying in this camper outside Livingston was exactly the kind of unplugged, grounding experience I was hoping for. Tucked away in the quiet Montana countryside, it offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains, endless stars at night, and that deep silence you can only get when you're far from everything. The camper itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked it had plenty of blankets for cool evenings, a functional little kitchen space, and even some local guidebooks that came in handy. The hosts clearly care about the experience; they gave great directions and checked in to make sure I was settled. If you're looking for a rustic, nature-immersed stay that still has enough comfort to keep you cozy, this is the place. I Would absolutely return!!! Next time for longer!!

Was a beautiful place to stay. Worked out well for our trip as we were just passing through. Had everything in the camper that we needed. More than enough fire wood to burn for a couple hours.

Host was very responsive and welcoming. A bit of an untraditional setup but we knew that from the description so there weren’t any surprises. The views were lovely and it was a peaceful setting. The location lacks shade and the weather was warm during our stay so the AC was helpful and it was a comfortable night’s sleep. The gas/convenience stores and a few restaurants were easy to find too.

We loved the RV! Lots of wildlife. Even saw a fox! Very clean and peaceful. It felt just right. Highly recommend.

Beautiful setting between Livingston and Yellowstone’s North Entrance. Everything was as noted.

This was an amazing camper with amazing views. Everything was as described and it was very secluded and private. It was about a 45 minute drive to Yellowstones north entrance everyday, but the view and wildlife on the drive was worth it! We would definitely stay here again.

our stay was great. the only problem we had was communications. We are old school. Our email is at home not on our phones.

As Melissa clearly says in her listing, this is an older camper. That being said, my 42 year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed the campsite with its incredible 360 degree views of one of our favorite places in Montana, Paradise Valley. Though we had no sightings of the Yellowstone TV series crew (thank god) this site has perfect access to Chico Hot Springs, the Old Saloon in Emigrant and is about a half hour away from the Yellowstone National Park entrance at Gardiner. The camper has two nice outdoor seating areas, one with Adirondack type chairs and the other has patio furniture for eating. Overall we loved meeting there, since my son lives in Missoula and I am from Billings. We'll definitely stay there again.

beautiful location. about 45 mins to Yellowstone. I have been on an extended road trip. I have stayed in a few trailers. I have to say this was the cleanest, best equipped trailer I've stayed in. only downside for me was that I'm 6'4", the shower was a bit small for me. but I got cleaned. I would say don't hesitate to stay here if you are in the area. as long as you are not looking for a Hilton.

Had a lovely stay, if you're looking for a rest and solitude this is the place. Good place to venture to Yellowstone and other places, not forgetting the old center of Livingstone itself. The RV had everything you could possible need and Vicky is a lovely host that response quickly if you have any questions or need anything.

Beautiful location. The camper was well stocked. Vicky really has thought of everything, down to Q-tips! Having a cooler to use during our stay was another thoughtful amenity! We loved our stay and hope to return next year.

I've stayed a lot of airbnbs. Don't think twice about staying here. This is one of the BEST appointed airbnbs you will stay at. There is FAR more than meets the eye and meets the description. It will be one of the better decisions you've made while traveling.

Vicky's RV was a magical getaway from the chaos of the big city. Relaxing in the tranquility of the large yard she provided us was the refreshing revitilization I needed. She was very friendly and provided us with many recommendations for activities and food locations in the area. Coming back from hiking all day in Yellowstone to sit by the campfire as the stars come out in droves is surely a highlight of my year.

The RV had a great location for my trail running retreat and was very comfortable.

What a beautiful spot!! Just the piece of peace and quiet I was looking for. Close to hot springs and tons of beautiful drives. The RV has everything you need. The area gets pretty windy FYI! Watching the sunset over the hills with the deer is just the best.

I stayed here for about 6 weeks with my two dogs. We wanted something in the valley, private and at a good price point. The camper matched the description and photos exactly. There was enough space to feel private set away from houses which was nice. Vicky was very friendly and responsive as well. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn’t mind staying in a camper, well worth the views!

The entire stay was perfect and Steve was able to fix an issue that came up quickly. I highly recommend this location!

Perfect weekend getaway in paradise valley for our family of 4 and our dog!

We had such an incredible stay in Paradise Valley at Vicky’s place! The RV was totally as described and the perfect home base for exploring the valley, the Livingston area and Yellowstone! We tried to make it back for the sunset every evening because it’s spectacular in the valley! We saw tons of wildlife (nothing dangerous in the valley) and our dog loved exploring the property. Highly recommended!
