/ nightOne bedroom apartment attached to what once was a historic log bar now an art gallery and frame shop. The gallery is closed at this time. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston! It is in a picturesque location and is clean and charming. The bed is comfy and has a sliding door opening to an 8' x 24' deck and a wonderful view of the mountains and also is private from other homes and the road. There is a large 'L' shaped country kitchen that has a love seat and end table as well as the dining table with seating for 4 and a corner cabinet offering storage of kitchen serving dishes, etc. There is a full-sized washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. There is no separate living room. Tariff varies according to time of year. If you brought your four-legged, we have a small pet fee of $10 per day up to a maximum of $45, unless the stay is longer than 10 days. Additional pets, slightly more. Please get a quote for longer stays and multiple pets. We have a portable AC unit vented to outside. Washer, dryer, deck, table and chairs, and all the amenities of your own kitchen, gas BBQ with propane provided. All paper products, kitchen staples and an abundance of spices are included! Also, Starlink WIFI and Dishnet satellite tv with lots of channels. Also a campfire pit with firewood, in reasonable amounts. Slight. Our co-host, Melissa, and backup, Steve, are available by phone or text or by sending a message through the app. I love the town of Pray! The town is really a wide spot in the road with a post office, art gallery, hair salon, surrounded by ranches and small acreages. The historic Chico Hot Springs is two miles away with its hot springs pool, Saloon, fine Dining Room and Poolside Grille. Other restaurants and bars or saloons are in the area, within ten minutes drive. The mountains are ten thousand feet high and are always beautiful. Horses frolic in pastures and there could be a cattle drive going on right on the road. Yellowstone is 35 minutes away. Emigrant is 3 miles away for a wonderful selection of groceries, even organic. Car or bike is necessary. Horses are welcome too! Starlink Wifi is available and new Roku 43" smart tv offer an abundance of satellite tv stations and streaming your favorite service. BBQ and a kitchen stocked with the basics awaits you! Ketchup, mustard, steak sauce, hot sauce, vinegars, extra virgin olive oil and Pam spray, usually a salad dressing or two and basic paper products are provided for you!

October 2025 5.00This was our first time staying at Vicky’s place, and it was well worth it!! I was looking to book something last minute for a nice weekend getaway, and was thrilled to find this little gem available! I booked with ease, Vicky was very responsive with answering questions and communication in general! I can’t say enough great things about this little place. The location is phenomenal and so close to area places. It truly exceeded any expectations we had- and upon arrival for check in, it truly felt like a hidden treasure. If was so nicely equipped, we absolutely loved the nostalgic decorations and feeling in general of the cabin. It was just cozy and so comfortable! It served every one of our needs, it was just the 2 of us( husband and I) definitely a perfect fit for 2 people. We will 100% book another stay , in the near future. Next time a full weekend, or a whole week come spring/ summer time. Can’t wait to come back and stay! Thanks for a relaxing stay! Til next time 💜

October 2025 4.00Beautiful location. Due to miscommunication, the cleaner hadn’t gotten to the place and we had about an hour wait to get in. Once we did, the place was spotless. Peaceful, great recommendations. Pretty quiet.

October 2025 5.00I stayed here during a road trip and just after a wonderful day spent In yellowstone park. There were amenities nearby and we were able to cook our supper ourselves. Everything was easy to find inside and lay out was amazing. Since we had arrived after dark, the morning sun showed us the breathtaking view we missed in the backyard. 100% plan to stay again next time I am in the area!

September 2025 5.00The cabin in Montana was exactly what you would expect: great views, a veranda, firepit, BBQ, we all loved it. And the cabin was well equipped with everything you need for a stay. The hosts, Vicky , Gary, and Melissa, were very nice, proactive, and quick to respond to questions, and solving one minor problem. If we ever want to visit Yellowstone again, this is the stay we would choose again♡

September 2025 5.00We loved our stay at the Chico Cabin. Especially the views you have from the garden are spectacular. The place fits the surrounding area perfectly, it gave us a feeling of having our own little home in rural Montana. Also, the drive to Gardiner and into Yellowstone National Park is beautiful. Vicky (and Melissa and Gary) were super kind and thoughtful!
